I usually listen to ASMR before I sleep, I will try and check out the meditation vid after work (where I am currently) will let you know how it went 🙂

As I said the other day, I listen to ASMR before I sleep and that helps me calm down and eventually pass out. I felt the same happen here.
Ive had experiences where I listen to ASMR and guided meditation as I lay in bed and it has ultimately left me awake. But I feel this video succeeded in taking my thoughts away from everything else and in my book that makes it great 🙂
