We Are Not That Emotionally or Mentally Weak.

It is said the mood in which you start your day will be how your day will play out. For example, you are in bad mood whole day will be bad. Or you start the day late and rushed. Or you start in a good mood.

Granted if we wake up late then most definitely everything feels delayed. But if you have a 9 to 5, and even if you get up late and start work day at 9. Then you aren’t late – really. You may just feel a bit priceless an hurried. But in fact in this case you don’t need to be as you started work on time.

Let me get back on track. If we start the day emotionally and mentally low, it doesn’t mean the rest of the day will be that way.

WE ARE NOT THAT WEAK THAT WE CAN NOT CHANGE OUR MOOD? Are we?

A good day can go well and end up badly. A bad start can end up to be a great day.

We choose our moods and feelings every second of every day. We have the power. We are not slaves to our moods and feelings. We are powerful Souls. We choose to change, or we choose to stay in a mood. We can kick our self out of a mood or stagnant in self pity.

Just because the day started bad we are not doomed to stay in a bad mood all day.

REFRAME, REWiRE, RESET YOUR MOOD.

WE ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN THAT.
