Life is hard, but there are many surviours of life.  They share their story and wisdom. 

Our thoughts shape us. Our life experiences shape us. How we deal with life shapes us. Getting up when we fallen, or life has stabbed us, is our inner strength. We should always get up and make ourself strong. Therefore, it is important that we inspire ourself in away that  our thoughts, experiences and life help us and not drown us in pain.

  2. I’ve heard her before and read her work, but she is a constant inspiration. I like the saying of the man without a shirt too and also her way of bringing her rainbows and all those who love her into the room with her. I’ll try to use this. She’s easy to listen to because she walks the talk, she turns her struggles into triumphs by rising up, doing her best, using her talents, laughing and dancing, loving and showing courage to do what is right. Bless her. May we do likewise.
