Kindness – A True Heart – A Meditation

Kindness

Kindness is being benevolent to myself and others.

Kindness is wisdom.

Kindness is loving.

Kindness is magnanimous.

Kindness is altruistic.

I express kindness when I am WHOLE. When my glass runs over with sheer goodness.

I express kindness when I am full of goodness.   When I connect with the Divine and imbibe his goodness, then I can become full of goodness and then I can share.

Kindness

Being kind to yourself means not holding onto pain.

Being Kind to others means not seeing their negative qualities.

Kindness is letting go of all negative feelings I hold inside of me.

I let go of the negative feelings towards myself and others.

I let go, I fly free, and I begin to be easy and light in my life.

I stop poisoning myself, my heart with all the negativity and pain I feel towards life, people, myself, and the world.

Focusing on the negative qualities of others hardens our heart, it poisons me and what I stand for, and it make me imbibe the negative quality and makes me unkind and that is something I don’t want to be.

Kindness is a good heart, a soft heart, a compassionate heart and a humble heart

Kindness does not mean you are a softy.

Kindness means you are wise, wise to yourself and others.  Wise to the world and to the law of Karma and Life.

Kindness is a power, a positive power.

Kindness

Being unkind is seeing negativity in myself and others and punishing myself or others for it.

Unkindness is the feeling of anger, frustration, revenge, retaliation, irritation, annoyance etc. etc.

The true nature of I the Soul, the Human Being and all other Human Beings is Peace, Purity, Wisdom, Love and Joy.

Anything negative is not our true nature. When we are in a negative state of mind, is when we are being unkind to ourselves, others and the world.

  1. I loved reading this post – it was so poetic with perfect repetitions, so nourishing with emphasizing the goodness, strength and divinity of kindness, so peaceful to feel the true essence of our being through the lens of Kindness and what it really means, to ourselves and towards others.

  2. I have been torn with how to move forward in a difficult relationship with a family member. Your post is exactly what I needed to hear! The meditation video you shared brought me a sense of clarity and peace. The myth of the swan is something I will remember and meditate on moving forward. Thank you so much for sharing!
