We all have some pain inside that needs healing, and in the current world pandemic we may be more vulnerable and feel quite hopeless.
We can heal our-self. Meditation commentaries help us change our thought and feeling patterns. The commentaries give us another mindset. They give us positive and a few moments of slower thoughts and positive healing thoughts . It is a total misconception that meditation requires you to empty your mind. THAT is IMPOSSIBLE. For the minds job is to THINK. But, the trick is WHAT WE think About.
