Be Kind To Yourself..


1) Don’t take rudeness personally.  Infact don’t take anything personally.

2) Be impeccable with your words.  That is, don’t put yourself down.  Always be positive.

3) Appreciate your life and all you have.  Write three things you are grateful for daily.
