Self Mastery

The art of  creating silent spaces in my life,

and the Light of the Divine.

The wisdom to live my life by my standard and not be imposed on by the standards of fitting into this material world.


Today’s Exercise at Self Mastery

Starting  Meditation

Contentment-   From Release your wings channel on Youtube


Affirmation

Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.

I am Courageous, Calm, Confident and Content Soul.  I am happy. I am joy. I am full. I am Strong.  I am satisficed.  I am a powerful pure Soul. I am eternal, immortal and pure peace. I am love, light, and Peace. I am a child of the Divine/ God/ universe ( you choose the word) and I am loved by God/ the Divine /The universe ( again you choose the word).


Gratitude

List 3 things you are grateful.


An Exercise in Letting Go.

Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.

Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.  You may wish to replace the word you with the names of persons /situation.

Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud  – 7 times. 

I let go of all the pain, I wish you well, I am free from this.  I wish you clarity, peace, wisdom and understanding. I let go of you and all the pain associated. I release. I let go , I let go, I let go of it.  I am free of it all. I am whole, I am Good. You too have the capacity to be good. I let you go.


Positive Energy To the body.

Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body .   Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed.  DO this for 2 minutes.

Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.

Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too.  Again for 2 minutes.

This is an optional meditation, this for anyone who is having difficulties at work with a boss.  Again from the release your wings youtube channel.
