To Days Exercise at Self Mastery

When we ‘start’ and ”end each day with this entire daily exercises of self mastery, we create within ourselves and very strong and sturdy habit.    I would like to encourage you to increase this entire practice to one more time a day.  Even by practicing the affirmation and meditation again – will make a noticeable difference. And maybe write you feelings in a journal, or notebook. Make a note of what you want to change, the new story of your NEW Life.

These 12 days follow a set pattern, a pattern I did for many months that helped me free myself from a lot of stuff. That made me better. Habits and automatic responses run our life. Therefore, repeat in your life what makes you whole and good. Therefore, these 12 days of mastery are deliberately in this format. To create a new habit.


Starting  Meditation

Affirmation

Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.

I am a peaceful powerful Soul. I am strong. I am brave. I am Good. I am wonderful.


Gratitude

List 3 things you are grateful.


An Exercise in Letting Go.

Whatever situation is currently disturbing you – let it go today.

Visualise that person or situation, see yourself centred in peace and shine The Divines light on You and them.  You may wish to replace the word you with the names of persons /situation.

Either take a pen and paper and write out or say out loud  – 7 times. 

I forgive myself for getting hurt. I forgive you. I release you. I let it all go. I wish you happiness and Peace. I wish myself Peace and Happiness. I wish you understanding and goodness. I let go. I am whole.


Positive Energy To the body.

Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body .   Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed.  DO this for 2 minutes.

Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.

Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too.  Again for 2 minutes.
