2020 Podcast 03 – Letting Go

Hi Friends,

At the beginning of 2020 I promised myself I would create Podcasts at least once a month. Well – we all know what happened in 2020 .

Anyway, these are the other 2 podcasts I created in 2020.

2020 Podcast 02 – Discipline and Meditation. A Ramble.

2020 Podcast 01 by Thoughtsnlifeblog.com

Todays podcast topic is on letting go, forgiving and why we should. People hurt us but staying hurt … well.. we know it is not good. But it is hard to let go and forgive. And we know why we should, but it is hard to do.

So here are some of my thoughts on letting go as a taster – starter.

Below is the link to the Audio version of the podcast and the SoundCloud version.

Please do comment below on your experiences with letting go and forgiving, or anything else you could like to add to the conversation. Let me know if you want me to create a podcast on any other topics.

  1. So good to hear your podcast! Letting go is a continual process in my experience. We are continually accumulating influences and thoughts, emotions are constantly generated. It becomes a daily practice of cultivating acceptance, peace and wellbeing in every possible way. Your examples are so perfect and relevant. It is so important to focus on changing ourselves and not depend, expectations of others – simple yet takes quite an understanding to truly live, gives so much freedom.

    1. Aww thank you. I am always a bit wary about my attempts at podcasting.

Yes, definitely letting go is a continuing journey. I think it becomes easier when we see our efforts being successful especially when it is with difficult people or situations.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful thoughts and clear understanding and experience of letting go.
