
Self Mastery
The art of knowing when to go into the deep hibernation of silence and inner reflection. To understand all the pain buried inside of me. To understand it is time to let it go. It is time to be strong, resilliant with in myself and the Divine. To understand that the love God gives no Human can. Not even one who is close to God. For God is the one, the Supreme , he is not touched by this world. The is the only Truth for he has never been touched by falsehood.
Self Mastery , understanding your pain and knowing how to fix your self .
Understanding and filling yourself up with so much love from the Divine that no storm can keep you down for long.
To Days Exercise at Self Mastery
When we live a truthfully and honest life. When we are selfless, and we practice meditation and honesty, then our intuition will guide us.
Starting Meditation

Affirmation
Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do thid 3 times in the day.
I am Calm. I am a good decision maker. I am wise. I am good. I am a Soul. I am loved. I am whole. I am worthy. I am good.
Gratitude
Write 3 things to be grateful for.
E.g. I am grateful to myself for making time to do these exercise to improve my life. I am grateful for my life. I am grateful to the Divine for funding me and giving me mum.
An Exercise in Letting Go.
Write thes 7 times 3 times a day.
I let go all the pain in my life , in all areas of my life, I let it all go. I realize I don’t need approval. I am good. I let is all go and I am free of it all. I have no expectation from anything, I always do my best. I let it all go.
Positive Energy To the body.
- Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body . Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed. DO this for 2 minutes.
- Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
- Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too. Again for 2 minutes.
