Today is Christmas day 2020, it is a Friday. I live in London and under Tier 4 covid restrictions, meaning we can only celebrate with those that live in our house, unless you are alone etc. I know many of us are in the same boat. And most of us are following the restrictions for everyone’s well being. Use this quote came up on my Instagram feed..
The quote is taken from instagram from thegoodquote instagram account. I think it really is the right way to look at 2020. This year and its continuation into 2021 brings us back to what it is live, what it is to be human, and what really matter.
I know for some of us 2020 is hard, has been hard, and there have been many who we have lost, and job losses and so much more and it is hard to see anything good in it – I hope there is something good to be seen.

2020 was actually quite literally a year of gratitude because for the first time ever I started a gratitude journal and I actually have kept up with it every day this year (except for a few times when I somehow completely forget and go to sleep). I’m proud I did that and I’m gonna keep going strong in 2021. Makes a HUGE difference in a person’s life.

Exactly!! One of my favorite memes states, 3020 was the year you either lost your mind or found your soul. For me it’s been 100% the latter. I discovered my soul in a much deeper way in June of 2019 and started to investigate so much. 2020 made space for the time in which I could concentrate on that fully. I’m so grateful for the lessons and blessings that have been given to me this year. It hasn’t been easy, actually it’s been extremely painful. I ❤️ every minute. I’m so grateful for my connection with you dear Bella. Keep being curious enough to explore your journey as you do. 2020 I certainly been up and down. But certainly 2020 is to remove those layer , layers,we did realise we had, and practise more virtues and faith. I feel 2020 is a big reset.
