Love this Bella. Sadly, I fail often I’m working creating more quiet time. So easy to get sucked into a long list of to-dos that I slip farther down on the priority list.

I used to be so busy and wouldn’t always meditate regularly. But that is when got too much. But once I started meditating regularly and saw benefits, I meditate no matter what now and daily. It makes a huge difference
