Let’s face it life can be just plain hard at times.
It can be very exhausting and we think to yourself when will it stop, when will it get better?
The fact is life does get better eventually. But, every day we need work on our self. Make our self resilient.
A daily habit of meditation, gratitude and affirmation can work quiet wonders in your life. The build your resilience quietly and when that test paper comes you handle it so well.
So here is a meditation that I hope helps you. I ask you meditate daily, 3 times a day to help you face the difficulties in life.

Gentle and grounding reminder that 5min a day is possible and when done a few times, it’s be enforced only multiplies! Too easy to become distracted in life.

No the meditation is not my creation. I just shared it. I try to share one to two meditation weekly as the benefits of daily meditation are so great.
