When we listen to ourself in silence we discover our true self. In discovering our true self we become kind, pure and peaceful to ourself. We become wise and mellow. We become detached and loving. We become calm and warm hug.
When we listen to ourself in silence we discover our true self. We we hear our own vibration and we attend to it, we grow, we heal, we emerge a new. And over time, we become whole and our relationship with ourself and others improve.

It can be hard sometimes to remain in silence. I’m always tempted to put on my music or radio.

Sometimes After a good meditation i can’t speak at all. Silence is a hidden power and strength. Maybe on your Fridays at church you can explore it more. You will see a difference in yourself.

And Home schooling can’t make it easier. If you can somehow get some stolen time just to these meditations daily it will help. Maybe before anyone gets up assuming your the first one getting up. And maybe a little bit before bed time. Or maybe whilst cooking just listen to them?
