Day 1 of the 31day Meditation Challenge

A simple challenge.

I post a meditation Commentary from YouTube, every day of for 31 days. The meditations I share are not my creation. These meditation are spiritual in nature.

You and I meditate daily to that commentary. Just a few minutes a day when ever you have the time, but try to meditate roughly at the same time every day.

We comment in the comments section, Day 1 Done etc, and if you want to say how it went you can, or you can write that in your private journal.

Why Meditate?

Well why not. The point of meditation is NOT to empty your mind of thoughts. BUT to DIRECT it, SLOW it down, and introduce calm, and silence into your life. As you gain more silence, you will find you become internally stronger and quietly happy no matter what the storm of life presents in front of you. Here are 16 benefits of Meditation

Before we begin the challenge, take a notebook / journal and write these questions and your answers to these questions. We can do a check up at the end of Challenge with repeating these questions and see if your answer changes.

  • What is upsetting me right now?
  • What am I grateful for?
  • What do I want out if life?
  • How Peaceful are you?
  • How calm are you?
  • What is your relation with God Like?
  • Do you respect yourself?
  • Do you love yourself?
  • What do you want to change about your spiritual life?
  • Are you content?
  • What is balance in life?
  • What is Harmony in life?
  • What is discipline in life?

  1. These 31 days meditations are so motivating and I have done them twice with Deepak Chopra and they really work for our benefit and how to lead our life at times of chaos. Thanks will surely take up your 31 day challenge too dear Bella.

  2. Hi Bella, I’ll look forward to joining in. Like Michele I also start each day with meditation now so it will be wonderful to incorporate these. I might even start with an extra meditation tonight with this one you’ve supplied. Thank you πŸ™

  3. Of course I love your post. πŸ™πŸ» I recommitted to a daily meditation practice at the start of the pandemic. Now, I cannot begin my day without it. Several months ago, I began meditating with the rising sun. It is getting more challenging with the earlier mornings, but it is so worth it. 🌞 πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ πŸ’–
