I post a meditation Commentary from YouTube, every day of for 31 days. The meditations I share are not my creation. These meditation are spiritual in nature.
You and I meditate daily to that commentary. Just a few minutes a day when ever you have the time, but try to meditate roughly at the same time every day.
We comment in the comments section, Day 1 Done etc, and if you want to say how it went you can, or you can write that in your private journal.

Well why not. The point of meditation is NOT to empty your mind of thoughts. BUT to DIRECT it, SLOW it down, and introduce calm, and silence into your life. Before we begin the challenge, take a notebook / journal and write these questions and your answers to these questions. We can do a check up at the end of Challenge with repeating these questions and see if your answer changes.

- What am I grateful for?
- What do I want out if life?
- How Peaceful are you?
- How calm are you?
- What is your relation with God Like?
- Do you respect yourself?
- Do you love yourself?
- What do you want to change about your spiritual life?
- Are you content?
- What is balance in life?
- What is Harmony in life?
- What is discipline in life?
