We may judge others, and we judge ourselves. Are we kind in that judgement? Are the biased we hold for ourselves the same for others? Kindness, compassion and humility are qualities that we want others to show us in their interactions with us. I question myself, do I portray these values to others? I find it grounding to ask myself these questions from time to time, so that I remain compassionate.

I hate unfairness. When people get treated according to different standards or get an advantage because of who they know, I get really 😡😡😡

I have realized I always have room to grow, especially when I am judging others and I become aware of it, I know there is something for me to learn.
