Change the Way You THINK!

Change the way you think. Negative thinking is a habit and it can drive us mad.

STOP and break the habit of negative thinking by using positive words and feelings.

For example – “When you feel I Can’t REMEMBER”. Believe in yourself and say you CAN.

Do NOT forget our thoughts and feeling are in our control. We just let them go on AUTOPILOT and we need to learn how to stop them and change them to be Positive.

IT is quite easy and simple.

Repeat the affirmation below 5 times 3 times a day for a week and see the difference. And if possible do it for 3 months to see a real difference in your life.

  1. Wow, I am also behind in reading your work, dear Bella. I love this piece. It is amazing how profound and impactful the language we use to create our experience truly is. Even switching from the word but, to and, is a major shift…again, lovely post, my dear friend.

  2. It truly makes a difference in life, I can attest to this 100%. It’s too bad that for some reason, negative thoughts are easier, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be overcome. It’s a work-in-progress every day.
