Not taking the time or making the effort to improve our character, our manners, our morals or our ethics. Is the biggest INSULT we give to OUR SELF.

Everyday we should become a better person than yesterday. We should have the courage to always do right, and when we do wrong we should the courage to seek forgiveness and never repeat the mistake.

That is mindfulness and self respect, which automatically leads to respect for humanity and the world.

Money and Success is not why we are a live. We are alive to be good and display goodness.

  1. A lovely post, Bella. Indeed, we are here to be present in each moment, take our action, and continue to do that. The results are not ours. Forgiveness is the capacity to be humble, to know our shortcomings, accept them, be easy with ourselves, showing compassion to ourselves, then seeing these same things in others, so we fully get the reflection and can show compassion to everyone else. Good to read from you, my friend.
