Even in the darkest of nights, the moon and stars shine,
The street lamps light the way.
There is always light.
The clouds may cover the sun, but the sun is still there.
There is always light.
In the darkest moments of life, there is always light.
The light of hope.
The light of courage.
The light of faith.
The light of determination.
The light of good wishes.
The light of God’s grace guides us.
The light of prayer.
The light of I the Soul, shining my determination.
Remember, in the darkest moments of life, there is always light.
The road will become more transparent, day by day.
There is always light.

You remind me of Amanda Gorman and her words about being brave enough to see the light. Thanks.

wow Bella so sorry about your mother, yet still you composed this lovingly hopeful poem! Shows meditation does work 🙂
I worked in the health system and have little faith in it as too many patients leave with more than they got admitted with. They can’t say ‘sorry’ cause that’s admitting fault and you could sue, so please don’t wait for it. Praying you both heal rapidly, keep loving and supporting each other .. how frightening it must have been for both of you! Separated in a real time of need, hugs.

the reason I pray we all have good health … I prefer alternative treatments but that’s heresy here 😦
their Femara for my breast cancer did more harm than good …

Oh . I can understand your feelings for alternative treatments. When things go wrong it changes everything -for sure

What an important reminder for us. In the Bible it says, The light shone in the darkness and the darkness did not overcome it.

This is a lovely quote, Bella. I was thinking about you today and wondering how you are. Michael has been ill and in hospital again so I’m still behind as its taking time for him to recover.

I hope Michael gets better, I can imagine it is a hard time for you. Here is our story . It has been a hard time.
