Don’t forget to Breathe.
Don’t forget this too shall pass.
Don’t forget the power of a good nights sleep
Don’t forget the power of exercising.
Even five minutes of running on the spot, if it’s too cold outside, will make a world of difference.
Chilling to Music.
A walk.

      I was too excited to post it that I didn’t notice the end of the video. I need sort that out tomorrow. Oh god, I do these video so infrequently I forget how I do them..
