When we listen to ourselves in silence, we discover our true selves. In discovering our true selves, we become kind, pure and peaceful to ourselves. We become wise and mellow. We become detached and loving. We have a calm and warm hug.
When we listen to ourselves in silence, we discover our true selves. We hear our own vibration, and we attend to it; we grow, we heal, and we emerge new. And over time, we become whole, and our relationship with ourselves and others improves.
