We can make ourselves feel stronger, assertive, calm or humble
We can change and reprogram our automatic negative thoughts and become more positive.
In this video, I share some thoughts, visualisations, and affirmations that we write together seven times. You can use this video to help you write these affirmations for 21 days, 3 times a day for 7 times in one session. This is the prescription that works, well it has been for me for 17 years. It breaks and reframes our thinking.
