Life can be so very hard.
So very frustrating.
So very difficult.
Don’t forget to Breathe.
Don’t forget this too shall pass.
Don’t forget the power of a good nights sleep
Don’t forget the power of exercising.
Even five minutes of running on the spot, if it’s too cold outside, will make a world of difference.

For me it helps to visualize something, like stress leaving my body, otherwise intentionally breathing makes me nervous 🤯
