Shine my Light

I live in my light
A gentle fragrance
carried
in the wind
A ray
Of hope
A warm embrace
A kindred spirit
A light
Guiding my way

I live in my light
Guided by the Supreme
To be good
To do good
To have good feelings for all
No matter what

I live in my light

Shining bright
Expelling darkness
Clarity
To See, Discern, Decide
To Respond
Quietly

Refraining from the need to justify,
to be heard,
to be understood
Unhurt by the games and deceptions

Shining bright

Clarity
To See, Discern, Decide
To Respond
Quietly

I live in my light

Of hope
A warm embrace

A light
Guiding my way

Quietly
Reflecting on today
Asking Myself
Was I
Good, Light, bright?
Did I shine?
Was I fragrant?
Did I remain in harmony?
Or did I derail?
Making notes and adjusting my course
Guided by the Supreme and ‘My Wish to be My Best’.
