Introduction

My blogging break has been fruitful and has given me clarity.

In terms of my goals for 2023, I have many things I want to achieve this year, and I can reach them if I juggle and plan a bit better.

I need to be SMART (pun intended), but I need to be REALISTIC and hone in on what is essential.

The heart says I need space, balance, meditation, and time to focus on everyone’s health, including mine, and to keep it all light.

I will have off days, and I might get derailed sometimes, but creating space will allow me to stay focused.

SMART and REALISTIC Acrostic Poem

Acrostic Poems are my favourite way to express my thoughts.

SMART

S – Selective, Silent, Steady and Slow

M– Measured, Mild-mannered and Mature.

A – Accepting that I can’t predict my day. Therefore I need to be flexible and adjustable.

R – Relaxed, Realistic, Reviewing and Renewing.

T – Targetted, Timebound, and Truthful to myself about what I can achieve.

REALISTIC

R – Real about Life and My circumstances. Real about what you can achieve.

E – Easy and create a Flexible Routine. As well as Expand your chances.

A – Adjust and Accept I can’t pre-plan anything

L – Light-hearted and easy-natured when things don’t go as planned. Have Faith and Trust it will work out.

I – Ignite the light of I the Soul more often in a day and let Miracles occur. Increase your circle of confidence.

S – Be Satisfied in my life. Be Simple and Serene. Be SMART and slow down. Don’t play Small and drown your light, do what scares you. Shine bright like the diamond you are.

T – Trust in yourself and Trust in your path. Trust in your meditation and God; the right things will guide you to them – they already are.

I – Image, dream, visualise, affirm, gratitude for Life is Good! Ignite your spark daily.

C – Courageous, Confident, and You know you are Capable and Can do this.

My Plans for 2023 – Blog, Newsletter, YouTube

So Space, Balance, Health and More Meditation is the theme for 2023

I will adjust my goals/schedule either monthly or quarterly based on ‘life’s demands’.  Anyway, below is what I have come up with – I pray I can achieve the most minimum of all areas.

Monthly Blog Goals

Minimum – One to Three a Month – Publish Wednesday

Target – Three to Five a Month – Publish Wednesday

Outrageous – Six to Eight a Month – Publish Wednesday and Sunday/Monday, Super Outrageous Daily

Newsletter

Positivity Newsletter – Monthly-ish

Online Creative – Six to Eight Weeks-ish

Find out more about Newsletter here.

YouTube

Minimum – Two to Three – Monthly

Target – Four to Five – Monthly

Outrageous Six to Eight, super outrageous Ten – Monthly

So What can you expect from me?

I want to write more creatively, so more Acrostic poems because I find them easy, maybe Haikus, more thoughts – cause I like thoughts (if you hadn’t guessed).   Quotes and Meditation. More self-developmentproductivity posts, positivity,  blogging tipssocial media tips, and Canva. I will share more YouTube videos too. Basically, what I have always shared, but I hope it will be better, sharper, and zingy-er

I want to do more with my graphic services. I have deliberately taken my services page down for now while figuring out a few things. But if you have used my services in the past and want to again – please reach out to me.

The most significant change will be my blogging schedule.

will aim to share a blog post fortnightly on a Wednesday. I am aiming for two per month. And it will go down or up depending on life.

Of course, I will visit your blogs weekly and catch up with you all.

My biggest challenge will be NOT posting when I feel like it. I love posting when I feel like it. It’s my addiction! This is going to be very hard for me!

Quotes – Rumi & Section of 16th Verse of Tao

As most of you know I love my quotes, and many of you do too. So, here are a few quotes to keep our passion for quotes going.

The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear. – Rumi

I want to sing like the birds sing, not worrying about who hears or what they think. – Rumi

To return to the root is to find peace.

To find peace is to fulfill one’s destiny.

To fulfill one’s destiny is to be constant.

To know the constant is called insight.

Not knowing this cycle leads to eternal disaster.

16th Verse The Tao De Chinge – Dyer, Wayne W.. Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life

Meditation Commentary – On Peace

If You have been following me for a while, you know this is my favourite meditation – ps: this is not my creation
