  1. I am still using your journal promos what could you do differently and what new thing did you learn today. I love the prompts and I write down something everyday! I honestly try to write a grateful note everyday and place it into a job, then I will review it at the end of the year… but I fell off the wagon!   2. It’s not difficult to be grateful, especially if you’re being aware first. Personally, I believe that counting the little things is the way to go, instead of searching for something big to be grateful for. If you just gotta…allow the little things to add up, one grateful moment at a time. It truly does work. Of course, practice makes permanent!
