Thought for Today – Courage and Fear

Our entire life has required us to be courageous and face our fears. Time and time again we have risen, fallen, and risen again. Keep that in mind when you feel so low that you just want to stay in bed. Remember and count all the success in your life no matter how small. Though life is short, life can feel very long and tiring. Don’t get tired. Know this moment will pass. Know that you have been very successful in the past and you will again. Remember success is subjective and different for all of us. I leave you with the following quote by Nelson Mandela, to inspire and uplift you.

I learnt that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but  he who conquers that fear.  – Nelson Mandela

  1. The power you get from overcoming damning obstacles can deliver a surge of adrenaline that can not be matched. Once it calms, it continues to drizzle through your veins to carry you forward, way further than fear ever could, it sustains and empowers you. Your thought of the day is exceptional.
