From the 12th July onwards I am going to share my gratitude list for the day. I will continue to do this until end of July.

Today’s gratitude list

  • Volunteer work at where we meditation
  • Catching up on the backlog
  • Spiritual classes by senior yogis
  • Knowledge that I am a Soul, a point of light, eternal immortal and this is my body. The body dies but I the Soul remain.
