Dear Friends, I was requested to create this how to video, so I hope it helps you.
This video uses MSPaint, MSWord and Windows 10 as these are the tools I have. At the end of the video, I discuss how you can write your name on your photos on an android phone as well.
I have chosen to use MSPaint and MSword as I think most people will have this. MSPaint should be free with Windows. I am not a MAC user but here is a link that might help you.
I will create another how to video on how you can use canva.com which is a free tool for creating nice graphics, which can also be used to put your name on your photos.
The reason for putting your name on your photos – well – to stop them being taken and sold without your permission. This will make it a bit harder for your photos just to be taken.
I also created a How to add Copyright to your blog post on WordPress.com Block Editor.
I hope this how to video on adding your name to your photos is helpful and easy to follow.
Here is the photo that has been edited to put my copyright on it (as part of the how to video, so you can see how it looks). It is that simple. I suggest you play with it a bit with MSPaint so you can get use to it. It is quite easy once you get the hang of it.
Do let me know if there are other video’s you would like me to create to assist with blogging, block editor, even MSword and I will do my best to assist.

Looks brilliant Bella, thanks so much! Another Brit blogger got me to download ‘grimp’ a free app to do the same thing. So today I hope to make time and try all these ideas, I’ll get back to you when I know which works best for me đŸ™‚
Totally appreciate you going to all this bother, thanks so much!

tried but got caught up with other things … don’t think my old computer and ten yo word program are capable of this đŸ˜¦

You don’t need the copyright symbol so much. With paint just type your name and your website address. That is more than enough. That is the basics I do.
Are you a iPhone, or android user? Do you take photos with your phone more? Or camera?
