Falling in Love – With the Idea

Falling in love
with the idea of love

Lost in musical tunes
Words of love
A language not familiar
Not understanding
Yet loving
Loving the idea of love

Uplifting melodies
Hopes of summer
Carefree days
Not a care in the world

Lost in musical tunes
Words of love
A language not familiar
Not understanding
Yet loving
Loving the idea of love

Dreaming of
A strong embrace
around me
Protecting me

Falling in love
with the idea of love

Words of love
In language, I don’t understand
but the tune
sings to me

ahhh
I fall in love
with the idea of
being in love

swept off my feet
the handsome one
ahh my heart
skips

ahhh
I fall in love
with the idea of
being in love

Lost in love
lost in these songs
lost

Uplifting melodies
Hopes of Carefree days
Strong arms
embracing me
ahhhh

Lost in musical tunes
Words of love
A language not familiar
Not understanding
Yet loving
Loving the idea of love

Falling in love
with the idea of love

Note: not sure if this is a poem or a song, or a question mark. It is my attempt to be a bit more creative in my writing and to be different. I have spent about three and half hours doing some things on the laptop, with my Amazon Music app choosing all these songs based on a couple of my selections, literally in a language I don’t quite get – but just lovely music. Working to music makes working so much more fun. I have always worked to music.

  1. I love listening to music while I work, too! And I use Amazon as well. I got the Unlimited plan because I really listen that much. In the morning when I’m getting ready for work too. I am a major lipsyncer, too. I’d die if someone saw me.

I love your time. It’s nice to see something a bit lighthearted. True love is great at any stage.

    1. Oh. I lipsync, and dance. And I would die if someone saw me. On a different note, I lost my dancing rhythm, I keep trying to get it back.

I just got the amazon music two days back. I am on the free version. Otherwise I would listen to a YouTube play list.

Yes working to music, or anything to music, makes us feel alive.

Thank you, glad you liked the lighthearted attempt at creative writing. Yes True Love is great at any stage.

Thank you for reading and encouraging me.
