Meditation Commentary Getting Out of the Cage

We get caught up so much in life, and sometimes we don’t even realise we caught in a spiders web of our own busy-ness, or sadnesses of life.

Imagine, if we do not find the time to sleep for a few days, we become a complete mess. Therefore, if we do not find the time to meditate at least once a day our mind will be in its’ current state of peacelessness.   There is a reason we are peaceless and unhappy deep inside.  So, try meditating daily and see yourself change in front of your own eyes, and see the beauty that then unfolds in you and your life.

There is a gold mine in the words and the feeling of these commentaries, and one can not tap into the gold mine in one go.  So I hope  this touches your heart and Soul profoundly and changes your life for the good,   baby step by baby step, but progress in the right direction.

Meditation heals I the Soul, helps you connect with the Divine and  gain his  help,

We are all Spirit/Souls.  The Soul am a point of immortal light.  I am filled with Peace, Joy, Light, Purity, Love, and Wisdom.

I hope you enjoy this meditation.

  1. Please pray for us here in the U.S. where we are being hammered by natural disasters. Hurricane Harvey dumped 54 inches of rain on Houston, TX, causing massive flooding in parts of the city, and many people lost their homes. Now Hurricane Irma is approaching Florida. It is the biggest Atlantic hurricane ever recorded and is larger than the whole state. It is down to a Category 3, but may go back up to a Cat 4 or 5 (which means winds up to 175 mph). Florida is a beautiful state where I have friends and relatives living, and where my husband and I have spent many wonderful vacations. Irma has caused horrible destruction on the many islands in its path on its way to the US. Hurricane Jose is following behind it, and is another powerful storm, its path as yet unknown. Meanwhile, in the southwest (California, Oregon & Washington) there are raging wildfires. And in neighboring Mexico, they just had an 8.1 earthquake. So I ask those of you in the UK and other countries, please pray for all who are suffering from these natural disasters. Mother Nature is very angry these days! 😦
