Thought For Today – Calm

I calmly walk through today.
Though the to do list is long, daunting and challenging for me. I know if I approach it calmly, lightly and with confidence all will be okay and I will prove to myself I can do it.

We create tension by thinking and stressing.  But, if we change that into actively doing in a calm frame of mind we achieve it all stress free and successfully.
