Those who have been visiting my blog for some time will know I love Affirmation.
Affirmations are positive “I am” statements. They are extremely powerful when repeated like lines, several times a day, for twenty-one days or longer. They help us rewire our negative automatic thoughts to ones that are more positive. They pack a punch when we write them out like lines.
For example, we can write them out 7 times, 3 times a day. Or 21 times, 3 times a day. For 21 days or longer. I personally do them for up to 3 months because that works for me.
It is like a prescription. It is a nice prescription, and OMG, they work. I have been doing them for years, and they are the best.
When we use affirmations, it is helpful to visualise us being that. In this case, I am Peace, I am Peaceful could be described with the following words, emotions, feeling and behaviours.
