Towards A More Positive Me – When Life is Good, but Still, We are Unhappy [Podcast]

This Podcast/YouTube video mainly discusses the times we feel a bit Blah or unhappy in life, and there is no major reason to feel unhappy. Life is good – but for some reason, we are just down.

This video shares techniques we all know about and probably doing. But, still, we feel down.

The statement “This too Shall Pass” requires us to be patient and hopeful. To hang in there and be ready to learn and see. To trust in ourselves and life. Be kind and merciful towards yourself. This situation has come for me to learn, grow and change.

I hope you like the rambling nature of the video and that it helps in some way.

  1. I listened to your podcast last night and enjoyed it very much. I did some journaling while I listened because I felt inspired. I also did a bit of spiritual reading too. I’ve been reading too much news and opinion which are certainly downers. We need to fill our tanks with good quality fuel.

  2. Thanks for sharing. I commented on the YouTube video to support!

I often have these feelings even though my life is pretty good. I keep doing gratitude to put things in perspective and recognising its just a greed constantly wanting more!
