Meditation Commentary #13, 2017 – Beyond Fear

Meditation Commentary #13, 2017 – Beyond Fear

Every Tuesday I share a Meditation Commentary, or a discussion piece that allows us to work on our inner self and become the best person we can be.  That allows us to calm down, let go, fly free and reconnect with our true self.  Meditation allows us to heal and repair our broken spirit.

Today, I share a Commentary on Fear.   Fear, paralyses us in such a way that we lose everything.  We find it hard to live happily and freely, because we fear the loss of something.

Fear is a waste of our valuable time and energy, it depletes us and solves nothing.

We are all Spirit/Souls.  The Soul am a point of immortal light.  I am filled with Peace, Joy, Light, Purity, Love, and Wisdom.

Because,  I am an immortal Spirit there is no need to be fearful.  I am not this body.  But, because I  think that I am this body I fear the loss of one thing or another.  But, in reality I the Soul have nothing to lose because I am an immortal spirit.

I hope you enjoy this meditation, and it allows you to see fear in a new light.  This meditaion was created by students of Raja Yoga Meditation.

Thank you for stopping by.    Would love to hear your thoughts on meditation in general, and if you found this meditation useful.   Please like, comment, share or subscribe.

Our thoughts make us happy or sad. Our thoughts and feelings are in our hands. Our life is a selection of choices.  No one owes you anything we need to go out there and make it happen.  If we feel sad it is for us to change our thoughts and feelings.

  1. How lovely! Thank you. Meditation has changed my life too. No longer the miserable somnambulist but joyous awake and free. My latest blog post was also about fearlessness which is very synchronistic. Blessings to you.

  2. This meditation video is very soothing and calming, I enjoyed it immensely. I try to meditate daily, in fact I am making it a part of my daily regimen like eating or dressing, it’s just going to be a part of my life. I find it so helpful to calm the mind. Thanks for sharing it! 🙂

      • I noticed that you did have some meditations and that excited me as I want to listen to them. You know what I have learned is to repost your post a few times a day, like every 4-5 hours that way more people in different time zones get to see them. You might try that. It has helped me immensely.

You are right I find that when I meditate, the next day is fabulous or at least so much better than expected!!

I look forward to next Tuesdays and well as the ones you have previously posted!!

Wishing you a wonderful weekend Bella and thanks!! Deb 🙂

      • Hi Debbie, I repost on Twitter a few times a day when I can. But on my blog post I don’t because then it looks a bit cluttered. I have a meditation page that is a static page. But I have to add all the meditation I have shared since 18 April 2017 on to that page. Currently it is on the to do list, and hopefully I will get there. If you search for meditation in the search box you will find so many on my blog.

I will think about the reblog option on the blog or …. this is where my technical blogging skills fail me…
        but thanks for the tip.

i got a June Favourite /Round up post coming out tomorrow and I think I have 5 meditation listed on that.

It has been great chatting to you as I don’t think we have had such a long chat before. TC and speak soon. Ps love your daily gratitude post.

        Good nite Bella

      • Oh it’s not a reblog Bella all you so is change the scheduled time. So if you have it scheduled for say 5:00 am, later when it’s 9 or 10 am, just edit the time from 5 to the new time, add in a few minutes so the real time has a couple of minutes before it reposts. You won’t get anymore posts on your page it just sends it out to the reader again. Try it sometime.

Oh I will definitely search out your meditations, thanks!! Look forward to tomorrow’s post too!!

It has been great chatting with you too and no we haven’t had such a long chat before but I’ve enjoyed it immensely, thanks! I’m so happy you like my daily grateful post and I so appreciate you participating and stopping by to like them!

Well off to bed for you…wishing you a wonderful peaceful and restful sleep, but something tells me you’ve got that covered. 😉

        Good nite Deb

      • Oh thanks for clarifying that…I call that a reschedule. I have a post in draft for the last 3 weeks that I still havent finished on what I have learnt about reblogging, rescheduling and wordpressing it. I will add your idea as a pro for it, but I have noticed a con for it – but I think I need to test the con out before I share it. I think the post will remain draft for a little while longer. The con I believe is if you put that post on twitter, facebook on pinterest and reschedule that original link that remains on other social media will be broken – … any way it is a post that needs to be completed at some point.

      • I am back: if you reschedule an old post from the past you get this message “Are you sure about that? If you change the date, existing links to your post will stop working.”

but if you do the same day rescheduling it might not be an issue? – need to figure that out..

well it has been interesting chatting and discovering.

      • You are correct about that, if you change dates then it does break the link, but if you do it within the same day it does not. Yes very educational 😉 I was told about rescheduling within the same day by others in the blogging community. They said the same about not changing the dates. Good nite Bella. Oh yes and you want to use military time, but you probably already know that. 🙂 bye!
