We have all been hurt. Self Mastery is knowing how to fix that hurt and becoming free from it. Hurt and pain leave us trapped and can make us ill. We need to let go of it, to be able to move on.

Starting Meditation

Affirmation
Take a pen and paper and write these affirmation out 7 times likes lines, and if possible do this 3 times in the day.
I am fearless. I am protected by the Universe, The Divine, and all things good. I am safe. I am strong. I am fearless. I am happy. I am capable. Everyone is cooperative with me.
Gratitude
Write 3 things to be grateful for.
An Exercise in Letting Go.
Write thes 7 times 3 times a day. Break the negative karmic bondage between you and anothet.
I free myself from all the pain. I let go of you. I let go of you. I wish you wisdom and maturity. Our interactions are harmonious. I let go of you. I am healed.
Positive Energy To the body.
- Visualise white light from the Divine, God or the universe, shining on your body . Going up and down healing that which needs to be healed. DO this for 2 minutes.
- Even if you are healthy then do this exercise.
- Additionally, if members of family and friends are not well, you can do this for them too. Again for 2 minutes.
